Whether public or private, space is for everyone, therefore architecture as a whole is for the service to the community, and the greater world around us. Design is to accommodate all, not just one’s own personal tastes or wishes.
Buildings stand for decades, maybe centuries, so making design thoughtful to its environment, to be able to stand the test of time, and to be adaptable to changing needs is a necessity.

About
Hi! I’m Ethan Garcia, a second-year undergraduate architecture student at California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
With four years of experience as an architectural drafter across diverse firms, I’ve built a strong foundation in industry standards and methodologies. I earned a CAD and BIM modeling certification from UCSD Extension in 2019 and am now focused on expanding my skills in design while in school.
Originally from San Diego, I spend my time outside of school surfing and doing professional surf photography.
